The annual award recognizes the most outstanding design work in Japan. The judges recognized and praised our design based on thoughtful research into the site's history, selection of materials, and attention to details in the facade and common area interiors. パークアクシス新宿百人町がグッドデザイン賞2024を受賞しました。かつてのリサーチパークだった土地の歴史を参照しながら研究所建築を構成していた素材をスタディし、ファサードと共用部で一貫した素材（鉄）とディテールを展開したデザインが評価されました。
