As part of the French Embassy redevelopment, the site of this luxury condominium was term-leased to a team of private developers to finance the construction of the new Embassy. The site, where the formal embassy stood embraces the rich forest within the compound allowing residents to enjoy a view of dense and lush greenery rarely obtained in the heart of Tokyo. The arc-shaped plan is derived directly from the site geometry while upper floors set back and create a series of stepped terraces. At the ground level, the lobby area is designed as a boutique art gallery with a garden facing the woods, providing a tranquil outdoor space for exclusive use of the residents.

フランス大使館の建替え計画の一環として計画された定期借地権付き分譲集合住宅である。敷地は建替え前の旧大使館棟があった土地で、大使公邸敷地の豊かな森を背後に抱える都心では稀有な自然環境である。森の眺望を最大限に活かすため、プランは円弧を描く放射状のグリッドでレイアウトし、なるべく多くの住戸が森に面するように計画された。外装の一部に大使館棟と共通の研ぎ出しPC版を使い、開発計画全体の一体感と街並みの連続性を意識したファサードデザインとしている。
