A new modern Sri Lankan restaurant by the renowned spice cuisine chef, in the busy business district of Kabutocho. The space is composed of only three materials: mortar, teak, and black iron, while the indirectly-lit back wall displays actual tools used by Sri Lankan fishermen, adding a unique accent to the space. Guests enjoy the exquisite plates served from the lively open kitchen while getting a sense of their origins.

スパイス料理の新たなジャンル「モダンスリランカ」をコンセプトとするレストランである。料理のコンセプトに合わせ、スリランカのビーチリゾートにある小さな食堂をイメージしながら、内装はミニマルながらも独特のアクセントが効いた空間としている。間接照明でウォッシュされたバックウォールには現地の漁師たちが実際に使った荒々しい漁具を配置し、オープンキッチンから繰り出される色鮮やかな料理を、そのルーツを感じながら楽しむことができるようにした。
