A 60-key resort hotel proposed for a spectacular cliff-top site overlooking the Ocean in the Northern part of Okinawa. All guest rooms have ocean views and balconies are wide and deep, allowing guests to enjoy their time outside. The building form follows the site contour lines while in section, steep level changes are taken advantage of by placing the parking, hotel, and pool decks on different levels in the most efficient layout. The reception and restaurant in the center sticks out to allow a 180-degree panoramic view at guest arrival.

沖縄本島の北部の島で、60室のリゾートホテルを計画した。海を臨む断崖絶壁の上という敷地条件を生かして全室オーシャンビューとすることはもちろん、広めのバルコニーを設けて海を見ながら外でゆったりと過ごせるプランとしている。建物を地形に沿って雁行させ、崖の高低差に合わせてホテル棟の陸側に駐車場、海側にふたつのプールとレクリエーション施設を設けた。中央部のレセプション・レストランは海に向かって突き出し、アライバル時に海の絶景を180度のパノラマビューで迎える。
