A style of weekend home has become increasingly popular in Japan, where several owners share a house with management service while it can be rented out when none of the owners are in use. This project, located in a wooded onsen area is intended as a hidden retreat for such owners seeking to own a space they can call their own, without the extravagant price tags or the hassles of upkeeping. A three-bedroom unit features an atrium with a fireplace and an outdoor onsen bath. Within the premises, a star-chef will open a restaurant, with an exclusive dining room for the home owners. 

大自然の中に計画したオーベルジュスタイルのシェア別荘プロジェクトである。独立した戸建て別荘の所有感を得ながら、管理が行き届いたホテルの使いやすさを掛け合わせ、さらにオーナーの予約がない時には貸別荘として貸し出して収入を得られる。各住戸には非日常的な解放感のある吹抜けリビングルームを中心に、複数の家族で同時に滞在することを想定したベッドルーム３室と地域の天然温泉を引き込んだ露天風呂が設置される。敷地内には外来客も使える著名シェフのレストランが併設され、別荘オーナー専用のダイニングルームを設置する。
