A site with a large park in front and lush grounds of a temple at the rear—the site is rich in nature that belies its central city setting. Here, we proposed a residence themed around "water", where multiple reflecting pools are incorporated into the communal areas, designed to appear as if floating on water. The water circulates gently, creating subtle ripples on the surface, while walkways leading to the private residential zones cross over the pools—acting as a symbolic boundary—guiding residents into their private sanctuary. Indoor greenery allow the external landscape to visually flow inside, creating a space that feels distinct from the outside world yet maintains a sense of seamless connection with it.
