We renovated the interiors of a condo unit to upgrade and match current standards of functionality and luxury. After a full gut-out of the units, the plans were redone to suit a more contemporary style of living while taking advantage of the exterior views. The design is intended to be continuous from the sophistication and upscale atmosphere of the public areas.

外国人向け賃貸住宅としてつくられた建物の内装をスケルトンに解体したうえで全面的に改装し、立地に相応しい、時代に合った機能を持たせた分譲住宅へと転換した。眺望を室内空間に取り込む無駄のないレイアウト、素材感豊かな内装、使い勝手を追求したオリジナルデザインのキッチンやユニットバスなど、基本機能に徹底してこだわった心地よい住空間へと生まれ変わった。
