We renovated the interiors of a condo unit to upgrade and match current standards of functionality and luxury. After a full gut-out of the units, the plans were redone to suit a more contemporary style of living while taking advantage of the exterior views. The design is intended to be continuous from the sophistication and upscale atmosphere of the public areas.

外国人向け住宅としてつくられたプランをスケルトンに解体したうえで全面的に改装し、立地に相応しい、時代に合った機能を有する高級分譲住宅としてリノベーションした。眺望を室内空間に取り込む無駄のないレイアウト、素材感豊かな内装材、使い勝手を追求したオリジナルデザインのキッチンやユニットバスなど、住宅としての基本に立ち返り心地よい空間を実現している。
