A proposal for a luxury resort on a steep site facing the ocean. Detached villas were planned along the contour lines to enable each villa unit to obtain unobstructed views of the ocean. An internal vehicle-free pathway allows guests to stroll around the site by foot or by an electric cart. At the center, a recreational area with an infinity pool, restaurant, and outdoor cafe is the center of activities for guests during their stay.
海に面した崖地に計画したラグジュアリーリゾートである。客室は全てプライバシーを重視したビラタイプとし、敷地のコンタに沿って三列に配置することで全客室から圧倒的なオーシャンビューが得られる。敷地内の通路は歩行者とホテルの電気カート専用とし、滞在中は車の騒音や排気が気にならない静かな環境をつくった。中央に配置した共用エリアには海に突き出したインフィニティープール、レストラン、カフェを配置し、海と一体でゆったりと滞在できる空間とした。
