An office tower development with a retail podium with top-class sustainable design features contributing to its LEED Gold certification. Inspired as a sculptured glass ingot sitting on a stone base, its transparent high performance facade encloses over 31,000 sqm of floor spaces in 14 floors which enjoy panoramic views of the city. At the entrance atrium, a set of soaring escalators bring visitors to the "Sky Lobby" above which a seismic isolation layer protects the office floors from large earthquakes, offering its tenants an added peace of mind. An existing Shinto shrine is part of the site masterplan, sharing the richly landscaped open spaces very much welcomed by the neighboring community.
