An office tower development with a retail podium with top-class sustainable design features contributing to its LEED Gold certification. Inspired as a sculptured glass ingot sitting on a stone base, its transparent high performance facade encloses over 31,000 sqm of floor spaces in 14 floors which enjoy panoramic views of the city.
